›What if it's still locked to a carrier or has a bill on it?

Carrier-locked is fine and priced separately, and still owing on it is fine too — plenty of the phones we buy aren't paid off. The one thing we can't buy is a phone reported lost or stolen, which is why we check the IMEI before arranging to meet, so nobody wastes a trip.

›Do you only buy Apple?

No — Samsung, Google Pixel and other high-end phones and tablets too. The instant quote above covers Apple, because that's what we can price to the dollar online; for anything else, tell us what you have and we'll text you a cash price.

›How long does the whole thing take?

Usually the same day. Once we meet, it takes a few minutes to look the device over and you're paid cash on the spot.

›Can I sell a device that's iCloud locked?

Not while it's locked — you'll need to sign out of Find My, which needs your Apple Account password. If you've forgotten it, Apple can reset it at iforgot.apple.com, and it's worth doing before we meet.

›Is it safe to meet?

Meetups happen at our regular public locations — well-lit spots like bank and restaurant parking lots across southern Delaware. You choose which of them works for you, and you'll have the exact address before we meet.

›Do I need to do anything before we meet?

One thing: please factory reset the phone — Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone, then Erase All Content and Settings. That wipes your data and signs the phone out of your Apple Account in one go — a phone still linked to an Apple Account can't be bought.
